Starting Reception
Starting Reception is an exciting milestone for both children and families. As a school, we are committed to making the transition as smooth and positive as possible by helping children become familiar with their new environment, routines and staff. Through transition activities, visits, and close communication with parents and carers, we support every child in feeling confident, happy, and ready to begin their learning journey with us.

Please find below a range of useful documents and information to support your child's transition into Reception (click the links). These resources will help you prepare for the start of school and answer some of the questions you may have about the Reception year.
